I was in private practice for 15 years. I loved what I did and felt honored to help people every day and make a decent living. After years of doing this, I was beginning to feel drained and sick of working evenings and weekends. There was so little time left over in the day to take care of myself or my family.
I am a mom of young twin boys. I wanted to provide them with an amazing life, but I also longed to be home more. Trading my time for money was never going to give me the freedom I craved. I realized I needed to work differently.
In 2018, I opened a group practice in Toronto, and within three years I grew to 55 therapists! This taught me a lot about what to do and what not to do. Most importantly, it taught me to create systems that would automate and grow my business. After 4 years, I sold my practice and retired as a Psychologist!

I'm a psychotherapist in Canada. Is this program relevant to me, or is it primarily for American therapists?
Absolutely. The Clinic Growth Map™ is highly relevant for Canadian therapists. Nicole built and scaled her own group practice in Toronto, Ontario, so many of the strategies, systems, and examples inside the program naturally reflect the Canadian therapy landscape.
At the same time, the program was designed to support therapists across North America, which means many of the core principles around hiring, leadership, marketing, systems, and scaling are applicable in both Canada and the U.S.
Where things differ between countries, such as employment law, insurance, credentialing, and billing, we provide country-specific support and resources for both Canadian and American members. We also bring in both Canadian and U.S.-based experts inside the program so members can get guidance relevant to their location.
How much time do I need to commit to the program each week?
Most members dedicate roughly 5 to 10 hours per week to the program, and the content is designed to help you free up that time by teaching you to delegate and systemize as you go. Coaching calls and expert workshops are recorded if you can’t attend live, and question submissions are timestamped so you can find answers without watching full replays. The program is designed to work alongside your active caseload. The main commitment is the weekly group coaching call. There are also additional monthly coaching with experts, the Content Hub content to work through at your own pace, and access to the community. Most members find it manageable even while seeing clients full time.
What are the done-for-you templates, and why do members say they're worth the investment on their own?
The Content Hub has over 60 done-for-you templates covering everything you need to run a group practice: client intake systems, therapist onboarding, job posting frameworks, scheduling, marketing materials, and more. These are the actual systems Nicole built and used in her own practice. How quickly can I expect to see results from the group practice coaching?
It depends on where you’re starting and how quickly you implement. Some members hire their first associate therapist within their first few months in the program. Members who stay consistent with the coaching and put in the work on the templates and action items tend to see results faster.
What kind of support is available between coaching calls if I have an urgent business question?

Beyond the Facebook group, there are weekly office hours with a Success Coach, and members also benefit from the broader community of therapists in the program who share challenges and solutions in real time.
