With over 22+ years experience working in the mental health field both in private practice and community based organizations, Amanda has extensive experience treating: Depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, and addiction issues. She works with individuals, couples, and families. She is trained in: CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, mindful based treatments, and is a certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist (KAP).
Amanda utilizes a holistic approach to treatment (bringing together the mind, body, and spirit) when working with her clients. Integrating western and eastern philosophies to treatment (if and when appropriate), she will prioritize educating her clients about their diagnoses and collaborate with them to create a treatment plan tailored to meet their needs and goals.
