They share their financial struggles with us and then we have to charge them for a session they didn’t attend. They don’t know they need therapy. They think their jaw pain is TMJ, their exhaustion is just “busy season,” and their short fuse is because of the kids.That’s what I call the Counseling Commitment Pyramid, and it completely changed how I approach marketing.
